A 40-point catalogue, technical and cosmetic. The grade follows from it.
Refurbishment
Cleaning, spare parts where needed, function test, factory reset.

An invoice that matches your list — device by device, not one lump sum.
Data security
The device leaves. The data does not travel with it.
A decommissioned laptop is a data carrier on wheels. Your company stays responsible until erasure is documented — which is why we produce a record for every single device, not one per delivery.
- Erasure with certified software (including Blancco and NSYS)

Buying from outside Germany
What matters if you are not based here
Delivery within the EU
We ship within Germany and across the EU. Routes and lead times are agreed per order — tell us the destination and we will tell you what is realistic.
VAT ID checked once
For deliveries to another EU member state we need your VAT identification number and verify it before the first shipment. That is a legal requirement, not bureaucracy on our part.
Invoices you can resell against
Every device appears on the invoice with its identifier, model, variant and grade — which is what you need if you resell and have to evidence provenance.
We answer in English
By phone, by e-mail and over WhatsApp. Our knowledge base is German only for now; if an article matters to you, ask and we will walk you through it.
Sustainability, calculated
Reuse saves far more than recycling
Most of a device's emissions arise in manufacturing, not in use. Giving a device a second working life avoids exactly that share. You can work out what it means for your fleet — with the factors laid open and nothing dressed up.

For dealers and distributors
Our stock as an interface
If you buy regularly, you should not have to wait for a list by e-mail. Once your access is approved you read our available stock straight from the API — model, storage, colour, grade, quantity and price, as current as our warehouse.
Request access
A short form with your company details and VAT ID. We check by hand — there is no self-service access.
Approval
After the check you receive a personal token by e-mail. Valid until revoked, revocable at any time.
