We supply
Tested devices,
plainly described
We sell what we have bought and refurbished ourselves. That means we know where every device came from, the grade matches what arrives at your door, and if something is wrong you are dealing with the company that tested the device.
Two routes
For dealers and for companies
Lots with a stock list
Regular buying, mixed lots, prices per model and grade. Once your access is approved you read the available stock straight from our stock API — no need to ask what quantity is still there.
Direct supply for your own use
You need 30 identical laptops for one department, or replacement units for a fleet you already run. We put together what matches from stock — same generation, same specification, same grade.
Grades
What the grade means
Grades are not standardised in this trade — every supplier means something different by them. So here is what we mean. The grade follows the cosmetic condition; function is tested in every grade.
| Grade | Name | What you can expect |
|---|---|---|
| NB | As new | No visible signs of use. Technically and cosmetically like new, but used — the device has been in service before. |
| A | Very good | Minimal marks, effectively invisible at normal viewing distance. No display scratches that show up in use. |
| B | Good | Visible marks on the frame or back, fine display scratches possible. Fully tested for function. |
| C | Clear signs of use | Scratches, dents or wear clearly visible. Tested and fit for service — for uses where appearance is secondary. |
Before it ships
What every device goes through
The 40-point catalogue is not a number on a brochure — it is the list our technicians work through. The main stations:
Identity
IMEI or serial number recorded, model and variant confirmed, locks checked.
Data erasure
Erasure with certified software, an erasure record per device.
Technical
Display, touch, cameras, microphones, speakers, buttons, radios, charging port.
Power
Battery capacity and charging behaviour measured, replaced where needed.
Cosmetic
Frame, back and display assessed — this is what sets the grade.
Final check
Factory state restored, function spot check, packing to suit the route.
Warranty and returns
12 months, no small print
Every refurbished device carries 12 months of warranty. In practice: you report the case through our RMA form, you get an RMA number, and you send the device in with the paperwork in the box. No chasing us by phone.
- Warranty of 12 months from the invoice date
- RMA number issued as soon as you fill in the form
- Return rate on sales under 2 % — the standard our testing is meant to hold
- Replacement, repair or a credit note, depending on the case and what we agree
What a warranty claim needs
The device identifier, the order or invoice number, the fault in one sentence, and whether the fault is technical or cosmetic. That is all we need — but less than that makes it take longer.
Enquiry
What are you looking for?
The more precise your requirement, the faster the answer. If you are flexible, say so — a different generation or colour often means we can supply far more units on better terms.
Terms
- Prices per model, storage size and grade — no flat rate across a lot
- Shipping within Germany and across the EU
- Advance payment, or other terms as agreed
- For regular buyers: access to the stock API
- Prices are net; VAT follows the applicable statutory rules
Both ends under one roof
Many of our buyers sell their own retired devices back to us. The two sides are set off against each other, and it saves you one supplier relationship.
Questions
Frequently asked about buying from us
What exactly does “refurbished” mean here?
Erased, tested against the 40-point catalogue, cleaned, fitted with replacement parts where needed, reset to factory state and graded for appearance. No device leaves us without going through that.
Are the devices SIM-free and free of network locks?
Yes. We do not sell devices with a network lock or a lock from a device management system. That is checked at goods-in, not just before shipping.
Do we get the original box and accessories?
Usually not — used devices reach us without their original packaging. We ship them protected, and supply charging cables or power adapters only where they are expressly part of the order.
How is the invoice laid out?
Per device, with identifier, model, variant and grade. That matters if you resell the devices yourself and have to evidence provenance.
Can we see a sample first?
On larger lots a sample device is normal and sensible. Ask us before you take a large quantity.
Do you deliver to other EU countries?
Yes. For that we need your VAT identification number — we verify it before the first delivery. Routes and lead times are agreed case by case.
