Pricing
What determines the price
So you can judge what to expect — and see what you can still influence yourself before the devices leave the building.
Set by the market
- Model and generation. The curve falls most steeply in the first two years after the successor arrives.
- Storage size and variant. On smartphones this often moves the price more than the condition does.
- Demand on the secondary market. What dealers and end customers are looking for shifts with the season.
- Quantity. Identical models in volume are easier to calculate and therefore better paid.
In your hands
- Locks removed. Devices must be released from MDM, Apple Business Manager, iCloud and the Google account. A locked device is worth almost nothing on the secondary market.
- Accessories included. Power supply, dock, stylus — small amounts individually, relevant in volume.
- Condition documented. If you know which devices have broken screens, the valuation is more accurate and there is nothing to renegotiate later.
- Timing. Devices that wait a year in a cupboard lose value quietly. The best moment is usually now.

- Remove SIM cards and memory cards
- Note the asset numbers in case you need them later

Frequently asked about the purchase
What quantity makes this worthwhile?
We collect from a single device. For both sides it usually becomes commercially interesting from around ten devices — below that the shipping is often the larger item. Ask anyway, and we will tell you honestly whether it adds up.
How quickly do we get paid?
We settle after goods-in, erasure and testing. Between collection and credit there are usually a few working days. For very large batches we agree partial settlements, so you are not waiting on the last device.
What happens to devices that are beyond saving?
Anything that cannot be reused goes to proper recycling. Data carriers are erased first or, where that is no longer possible, destroyed. You receive documentation for it.
Do we get a list of what we handed over?
Yes. Every device is recorded here individually under its IMEI or serial number. You receive the breakdown with model, condition and price — not one lump item.
Do you also collect devices from home offices?
Yes. We organise shipping labels and packaging per employee and report back which devices have arrived and which are missing.
How is the data erasure documented?
With an erasure record per device that states the identifier of the device, the method and the time. The details are under data erasure.
