What the shop shows is genuinely on the shelf — the stock comes straight out of our inventory system, with colour, grade and the quantity that is really available. You see it after signing in: neither stock nor prices are public.
What to expect
A shop built like a warehouse
Used devices are one-offs. A shop that ignores that sells quantities which do not exist. Ours is built differently.
Real stock
The quantity shown is the available quantity. Whatever is reserved by an open order no longer appears as available.
Grade A
To begin with we list grade A devices only. Other grades we supply on request — ask us and we will unlock them for your account.
Colour and storage
Every variant is its own line item. No “mixed colours” when you need one in particular.
Signed-in customers only
Stock and prices are not public. You see both as soon as your account has been approved.
Advance payment by bank transfer
To begin with we settle by advance payment. The goods are set aside for you once your order arrives. Further payment methods will follow.
Order history
Every order with its device identifiers — the basis you need if you later have to match a warranty claim to a device.
Access
From application to first purchase
There is no instant access. We check every account — that is the price of having real prices and real stock behind it.
Register
Enter your company details, address and VAT identification number.
Confirm your e-mail
You receive a confirmation link at the address you gave.
We verify the number
We check the VAT ID together with the company name through the EU verification procedure.
Approval by hand
We look at the application ourselves and come back to you if anything is unclear. Usually on the next working day.
Sign in and order
From then on you see prices, can place orders and review your own transactions.
Verification
Why we check the VAT identification number
We do not only check whether the number is valid, but also whether it belongs to the company name you give us — a qualified match through the verification procedure of the European Commission. We keep the result together with the consultation number as evidence.
- The shop is open to companies only — not to consumers.
- For deliveries to another EU member state we need that evidence anyway.
- The match keeps out accounts opened with invented company details.
- If the name does not match we get in touch — nobody is turned down without being asked first.
What we store
Company name, address, VAT identification number, contact person and contact details, plus the verification result with its date and consultation number. What for and for how long is set out in our privacy notice.

Registration
Apply for a business account
Registration runs in the shop itself — the account is created there, the VAT identification number is verified, and the account opens once we have approved it.
What to have ready
- Your company name as it stands in the register
- Your VAT identification number
- Address, contact person, telephone
- A business e-mail address for the confirmation
Rather machine to machine?
If you want the stock inside your own system, the stock API is the way to go. Both can be unlocked together.

Frequently asked about the shop
Can I order as a private individual?
No. The shop is open only to businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Without a valid VAT identification number we cannot approve an account.
Why do I see nothing before signing in?
Neither stock nor prices are public. What sits in our warehouse is commercial information — and business customer prices depend on quantity and agreement. Once your account is approved you see both in full.
Is the quantity shown binding?
It is the quantity actually available at the moment you look. Because every device is a one-off, it can change while you are putting an order together. What is binding is the order confirmation.
Which payment methods are there?
To begin with, advance payment by bank transfer. The goods are set aside for you until the payment arrives. Further payment methods will be connected later.
Do I get the device identifiers?
Yes. The invoice lists every device separately with its IMEI or serial number, model, variant and grade.
What about other grades?
To begin with we show grade A only. If you take grade B or C regularly we will unlock it for your account — just get in touch.
